My Teacher, My Hero

As a child I always believe in super powers of heroes like Darna, Superman, Batman and others. I never knew that these characters never really existed in real life, well that’s the fact that I was once a child believing in whatever thing I see.

Now, as a teen I've been to a lot of things. The real world showed me that these characters didn't really exist in real life. Fiction made me believe before, but now I realized they were just characters- fictional characters that will never exist in real life. As the real world showed me these things, it also let me see the real and worth calling heroes. Our dear teachers, who teaches us things that helps us in our lives. Teachers who mold professionals to lead the world. Teachers who touched the hearts of the students to make a start for the betterment of our community, country and even the whole world.

Annually, we are having the Teacher’s Month Celebration, every October to thank our dear teachers. Our teachers who were always there for s, who serves as our second parents. Let us not waste this opportunity to thank them for everything that they've done to us.

Immunation: Arming Science Clubbers with Health Defenses toward National Wellness

Changes are happening and naturally people will always be affected. Changes like Heavy rains, storms, flashfloods, landslide and pollutions. These dilemmas are the reason why humans suffer from health diseases which are hard to cure.

The Science month celebration is a very great way to help prevent these changes and happenings in the world. One of the main aims of the Science club is to let the students be aware of the things happening around us. The diseases that some people are experiencing right now are just our consequences for the things that we have done to our environment. With the theme; Immunation: Arming Science Clubbers with Health Defenses toward National Wellness, the science club specifically aims to arm the people with health defenses toward national wellness. In this way it can help in preventing some problems in the environment and at the same time some problems regarding our health.

What we do in our environment will come back to us. So let us not waste time and let us open our eyes. We need to make a move, not only for ourselves but also for others or the next generations.

Modern Day Hero

When I was a child, I use to believe in super heroes, their super powers, those magical capes and stones like Darna’s, the magical cape of superman and other more super powers of these super heroes. As a fan I really do believe on them and sometimes I even pretend to be like them.

Now as a teen, reality wiped out these beliefs and fandoms I have on them. The real world waked me up and showed me that these super heroes didn’t really exist. And as I grow up, I realized that darna, superman, batman and whoever heroes are not really worth calling heroes for they didn’t even contributed anything to make this country better. They are just fictional characters, illusions. As the real world waked me up with this reality it also showed me who really the ones worth calling heroes.

The reason why I am here, my parents-they are the one who are worth calling heroes. Since I was a child they fed me with food and of course with love. Whenever I am sick, they served as my doctor or nurse. They served as my teachers and professors who always teach me good lessons in life. They served as a preacher who always shows me how good God is. They served as my best buddies who were always there for me. They are the reason why I’m here and I know they really are worth calling heroes.
